Sharing some simple goal setting and checkin process that can have a huge impact on your life. It is important to know that if you cant do it forever don't start doing it. As it relates to you setting and working towards things you want in life. 
There is so many ways you can take that statement out of context so highly encourage you to listen to the whole thing before you judge it.
